He was a founder member of the Cayman Orthopaedic Group, set up in 1995 comprising orthopaedic surgeons from Canada who rotate on a regular basis to provide a wide blend of subspecialities to residents of the Cayman Islands. Dr. Smith is the Medical Director of Cayman Orthopaedic Group and a full time resident in the Cayman Islands.

From Calgary, Canada, Dr. Cundal has over 20 years of experience and specializes in the treatment of degenerative conditions of the lumbar spine, hip and knee arthroplasty.

From Hamilton, Canada, Dr. Khan is an Associate Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at McMaster University with a focus in shoulder surgery and sports medicine. Dr. Khan specializes in sports and minimally invasive surgery of the shoulder, hip and knee.

From Vancouver, Canada, Dr. Nguan is a Urologist specializing in Kidney Transplant, operating at Vancouver General Hospital since 2006 where he is the Surgical Director of the Renal Transplantation. Also providing up to date urological care including diagnostics and general urology (UTI, stones, incontinence, cancer, reconstruction).

From Calgary, Canada, He currently practices both paediatric and adult urology. The scope of his practice includes both aesthetic and reconstructive urology, endourology (laser certification since 2003) and transurethral procedures, as well as ablative renal surgery.
